The St Clair Shopping Centre car park will undergo maintenance and repair works. The works are part of a plan to improve the parking experience for the St Clair community.

Commencement: 04 March 2024

Completion:   the end of April 2024*

*Timelines are estimated and subject to external factors such as weather conditions. Please note there will be no works conducted over the Easter long weekend.

The works will be staged and carried out nightly to minimise disruption to the community.

This stage will concentrate on repairing and resurfacing areas near the front of the Centre and near the McDonalds car park.

What to expect

During the works there may be:

• Changed Traffic Conditions
• Periods of temporary restricted entry into the Centre via Endeavour Ave and Botany Lane
• Redirection by Traffic Controllers
• Some periods of noisy works
• Directional signage will be installed in the car park and when required

We appreciate that with all works, disruption can be caused however please be assured that the Centre will trade as normal throughout the duration of the project.
